Viking House Phase 1

Phase 1 of the Student Accommodation in Viking House. The project consisted of the strip out of an old office block (previously the Job Centre and Department for Work and Pensions) and conversion into a student block with a new extension to the front with a total of 158 rooms including DDA rooms and kitchen and living facilities. The development also contained the conversion of a terrace block of offices into an additional 16 rooms with kitchen and living facilities plus a University accommodation office and laundrette.
